The views and ambiance were unbeatable. The staff was extremely accomodating and attentive. Unfortunately, there was no deep plunge pool included as advertised. Food was good. Lovely small town and gorgeous scenery all around.

Not good at all with the service. Ok they gave me a better room, but it is just ok... nothing spectacular. speak no english. there is no spa or pool as they advertise, so do not get fooled by it.
Breakfast was absoulely crap... cake and coffe and juice :-(
we had to push them to make egg and scrambled egg, they were not happy about .
they came to my room to check if we had another guest staying, checking if anyone else is coming to the room,
crazy, even though i booked for 2 person to get a double bed.
The place you have your breakfast it the same owner of the "rooms" they sell as hotel room...
The area itself is wonderful.. old historical buildings, but nice. Very quiet

we arrived late due to flight delay...
we gave a message we will come late. they called and said that they will charge extra to wait for us! I refused and said i will go elsewhere... then they called back and said just come.
we could not get the room we original booked as they gave it to someone else because we arrived late! Eventhough we had informed them that we will come late from the start.
we were thankful we got the room. but view was lovely... but hotel itself is not that great.. there was no tea coffee as adverttized.. speak no english ... hard to co,mmunicate. same owner as the resturuant.
we ate only once at the resturant as we did not feel welcome.. you could see there was a few friends of them as guest.
breakfast was crap... cake and coffee and juice... Hmmm ...
no fridge to keep some water cold... no water was given .
we managed to get some icecubes to make our little fridge to keep the water cold...

This was a charming little town. Surrounded by olive groves and so beautiful. You can take a bus to the train station and be in Rome in an hour for 8€. We enjoyed staying outside the city. The hotel was lovely with good coffee and pastries for breakfast. They had great dinners too at their restaurant. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. This was the only hotel with a smart TV, and it was nice to watch a show before bed after exploring.
